In advance of the dinner, we have delved deep into the food of the celebrity's life but they won't know what's cooking. Björn and his chefs serve up a modern multicourse feast inspired by the food from their past, their life journey, heritage and their home comforts. It's a culinary time-machine which will unlock forgotten memories. The conversation is woven with archive, photos and music from their lives creating an intimate and unique biography. At the end of the meal, each celebrity chooses their favourite dish, and that dish goes on the restaurant's menu.
