The data of the users of the website are collected from the information provided or obtained for creating a user account on the website.

Informations relating to your civil status (surname, first name), your function and your contact details (e-mail address and/or telephone number) are collected and processed.

Unless you object, or with your consent when it is required, Mediawan Rights may also send you information and offers likely to interest you, selected according to your interests.

Your data is thus processed on the basis of article 6.1 (a) and (b) and/or (f) of the European regulation on the protection of personal data.

2. Data controller

The data controller is Mediawan Rights, a simplified joint stock company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 379 412 919 and located at 46, avenue de Breteuil - 75007 Paris.

3. Recipient of the data

We take care to limit access to and processing of your personal data to employees who are authorised to do so by virtue of their function, within the IT, marketing and digital departments of Mediawan Rights.

Your data is kept for the legal periods in force relating to each of the purposes for which it was collected, i.e:

As a general rule, your data is kept in an active database for a period proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected.

4. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA AND HOW EXERCICE THEM?

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 July 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete information concerning you, in the cases envisaged by the regulations which you can exercise by writing to the following address: rgpd@mediawan.com, or by logging into your account if necessary.

5. WHAT MESURES ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?

Only those involved in the management of the sites and Mediawan Rights’ marketing and commercial services are authorised to access your data.

Your data is in a file protected by a strong password, stored on the servers of the Mediawan group to which Mediawan Rights belongs, which guarantee the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.
