Brilliant young ad exec David Nolande has the life he's always dreamed of - until the fateful night the dream turns into a nightmare. In a rush to meet his wife and daughter, David is driving a bit too fast. When, out of the blue, a dog runs into the street, David swerves and hits a trailer parked on the curb instead. The victim, an old gypsy woman, dies on the spot. That's when the curse begins.
