They could have become beach patrollers, lawyers or even carjackers... but, hey, they became police officers. For better or for worse. The Rookies are a group of young people like any other,with their ups and their downs, passionate and angry,the best of friends and the worst of enemies.Just turned twenty and thrown into the harsh reality of the job, there are tears and laughter but above all no one takes themselves too seriously. The Rookies have that youthful arrogance,they can laugh at themselves rather than wallow in self pity and don't let the trash get to them. And if ever one of them got too big for their boots,their friends would soon bring them back to earth.
